North of Calvi is the Île-Rousse, which overlooks one of the prettiest bays of the Mediterranean. The Île-Rousse is known for its warm, homely welcome and its fine sandy beaches. Calvi and Ile-Rousse are on the northwest part of Corsica. Continue south and from the sea you can see the old town of Bonifacio on top of the limestone cliff. Bonifacio Marina, surrounded by huge cliffs, is invisible from the sea and a visit to the port is a must!

Lavezzi Islands Boat rental: Visit  the Lavezzi Islands, which are southeast of Bonifacio. The Lavezzi Islands are an archipelago of granite islets and reefs where navigation is a bit tricky, but the trip is well worth it. The archipelago is located between the tip of Corsica and Sardinia. The Lavezzi Islands are part of the Nature Reserve of Bonifacio, where the seabed is exceptional.

Porto-Vecchio Boat rental: Cruise to Porto-Vecchio, the 3rd largest city in Corsica and a booming resort on the East side of Corsica. From Porto-Vecchio, discover the pure-white sandy beaches and brilliant turquoise water in the Bay of Saint Cyprien to the east, including the beaches of Palombaggia or Rondinara to the west. The most famous being the Silver Beach on the northern part of the island, which is still natural and unspoilt. On the southern side, there are steep cliffs and coves.
